Financial aspects

A development grant will finance the pilot phase of Hook up!. The budget of the project is 375.895€ of which  74% will be financed by the Lifelong Learning Programme of the European Union. The remainder 26% will be financed by EUF-CE.

The budget of the project covers staff costs, travel and subsistence costs, subcontracting of CIT costs and dissemination costs. There will be special reporting requirements and cost limitations. Costs incurred by the universities in St. Petersburg and Novi Sad or directly in those countries are not eligible for EU funding. The accountancy of the project will be carried out by the EUF-CE Secretariat. Payments will be made on the basis of reimbursement requests duly documented as specified by the reimbursement guidelines of the Hook up! project which may be larger or stricter than those of EUF-CE.
